the room size WAS Really good.
The service in the beach area proved disappointing. We waited between 30 to 55 minutes to get food. Twice, the food arrived COLD. i never received an apology for this delay. One day, it took two hours before anyone cleared our plates from the sun chairs.

Excellent stay with great service

The room was spacious. It had a good-sized balcony (perfect for enjoying the sea view). The staff were friendly and helpful. I also found the valet service efficient and readily available. The 50-meter pool is quite large and good for swimming laps. The convenient golf cart service around the hotel was very helpful, especially for reaching different areas of the resort.
The main buffet restaurant offered the same spread daily.

The reception staff provided a warm welcome and were encouraging to return to the hotel for another stay. Lynda, the manager, assisted with changing rooms to meet requests and provided professional service . Special thanks to Alexandre at the front desk, Youssef, and Jad at the pool bar for their excellent service.

The quality of food was very good at each restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered many choices to start the day. I found the meals at Opa and the Japanese restaurant lovely.

The villa had a sea view and was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. It included an amazingly big balcony (perfect for enjoying the sea view).
